AAASSHER’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how AAASSHER’s visitors use its website. From time to time, AAASSHER may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

General and personal data will be kept by AAASSHER only as long as reasonably necessary taking into consideration its need to provide services and to comply with legal requirements under applicable laws. AAASSHER will retain general and personal data during a maximum period of five years if there is no specific legal requirement that mandates a different duration.

AAASSHER may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. AAASSHER may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, AAASSHER does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Membership information
AAASSHER store member’s name, physical address, contact information (email address, phone number, fax) and institutional affiliation. This information is used to provide AAASSHER members with relevant products and services available to members of AAASSHER. This information is also used for the AAASSHER Membership Directory listing, which is only available to other members of AAASSHER.
